This Privacy Policy explains how Netrun collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Netrun website, application, APIs, and related services.
Because Netrun interacts with public blockchains, some activity may be publicly visible and cannot be deleted or modified by us.
We may collect wallet addresses, Privy user identifiers, session information, connected account details, transaction signatures, uploaded file metadata, IPFS references, and app interaction data.
If you upload files or create imprints, tokens, NFTs, domains, or metadata, the content and associated metadata may be processed by Netrun and third-party infrastructure providers.
When you connect a wallet or log in, our authentication provider may provide us with account identifiers, linked wallet addresses, session status, and related authentication data.
We do not receive or store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet recovery credentials.
We use information to operate the app, authenticate users, protect API routes, process uploads, display connected wallet state, associate actions with user sessions, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand usage patterns and improve product performance.
Transactions, wallet addresses, assets, metadata pointers, names, symbols, and other blockchain activity may be public by design.
Public blockchain data is maintained by decentralized networks and third-party indexers. We cannot remove or alter data that has been written to a blockchain.
We may share information with service providers that help us run Netrun, including wallet/authentication providers, RPC providers, cloud hosting providers, storage providers, analytics providers, database providers, and security tools.
These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Netrun and its providers may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, secure authentication, and improve app functionality.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect app functionality.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no system is completely secure.
You are responsible for securing your wallet, device, browser, passwords, private keys, and recovery phrases.
We retain information for as long as needed to operate Netrun, provide services, maintain security, prevent abuse, comply with obligations, and resolve disputes.
Some blockchain data and decentralized storage data may persist independently of Netrun and may not be removable.
You may disconnect your wallet, clear browser storage, or stop using Netrun at any time.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information. These rights may be limited where data is public blockchain data or where retention is required.
Netrun is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required by laws in your jurisdiction.
Do not use Netrun if you are not old enough to consent to these terms and this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of Netrun after changes are posted means you acknowledge the updated policy.
