By accessing or using Netrun, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms presented in the application. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Netrun is permitted under the laws and regulations that apply to you.
Netrun is experimental software for creating, exploring, and interacting with Solana-based imprints, tokens, NFTs, domains, and related testnet features.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for reviewing transaction details, wallet prompts, fees, addresses, metadata, and any assets you create or transfer.
You may need to connect a wallet or authenticate through a third-party provider to use certain features. We do not control your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, or recovery methods.
Never share your private keys or seed phrase. Netrun will never ask for them.
You are responsible for any text, images, metadata, files, links, names, symbols, domains, or other content you submit, upload, mint, inscribe, or otherwise make available through Netrun.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to use that content and that it does not violate applicable law, third-party rights, or these Terms.
You may not use Netrun to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, harass others, impersonate others, manipulate markets, evade sanctions, or interfere with the security or availability of the service.
We may limit, suspend, or block access to hosted services or interfaces when we reasonably believe use is abusive, unlawful, harmful, or creates operational risk.
Netrun does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any information shown in the app is for general informational and product-use purposes only.
You should make your own decisions and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
Netrun may integrate with wallets, RPC providers, storage providers, authentication services, marketplaces, analytics tools, and other third-party services.
Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, downtime, errors, security incidents, or changes.
Netrun is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, asset availability, metadata availability, protocol compatibility, or that any defect will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netrun and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost assets, or loss of goodwill.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with Netrun is to stop using the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of Netrun after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
